Must be love

Potty training has got me on lock down...I've been home for four days STRAIGHT (minus a short trip to Target)! I thought I would be in crazy town, but I just keep finding more and more reasons why I love this little guy...

* When I say, "Talk nice to Mama." He says..I luv you mama...I didn't mean too!
*He has already pooped in the big potty and only had one accident yesterday.
*He loves all things extreme...skateboards and motorcycles.
*He has been sleeping until after 9am EVERY morning...which gives me some free time.
*He loves to take an afternoon nap for about 3 hours.
*He loves for us to tell him stories...right now he loves the one I made up about Dumbo:-)
*When I put in his earplugs he says..You do it easy mama?
*He wants Madison to go everywhere with us.
*He doesn't want me to go back to school..."Want to stay home wif you mama...not go school anymore? (in his high pitch, question asking voice)

Ahoy Matey

While on vacation, we decided to take a trip aboard a pirate ship! The whole crew went. I think we ended up getting 42 tickets! Yeah, we had a crew. My two best friends, Hollie and Jobeth, went too. We went on the Black Raven that left from St Augustine. At the end all the pirates were singing, the kids were playing instruments and I thought I was video-ing this memorable event...but I wasn't so, you'll just have to look at these pics! Here is the boat we went on. It looked really cool!

Only my husband...

Only my husband and my cousin would do this at the beach with their free time. What started out as a normal hole with a ramp would turn into this large and out of proportion "Sand Art"(with effort and skills baby)! The kids weren't the only ones who enjoyed it! Several beach go-ers stared and stared stopped by to admire their creation. One little girl loved our "key"...Yep...you guessed it...it is a key!

I was kinda glad when the tide came in and you guess it...it shrank up and was no longer visible!

Like I said, the kids weren't the only ones who enjoyed it! Dan really enjoyed his masterpiece of sand art!

I feel....

so relaxed just looking at my *new* beachy blog! I had to get it ready for the thousands of beach pics I will be posting after our two week beach vacay...I can already hear waves in the background...who am I kidding...that is Jeremy snoring 'cause it took me over an hour to re-decorate my blog! So worth it!

Stop and THANK

With so many people passing unexpectedly in the social world, along with my lil town, it makes me stop and THANK. I'm so ungrateful for the little things sometimes. Sometimes I dwell on the things that God didn't give me, but that is WRONG. I often find myself holding it against others who do have those things (BTW-I'm not talking about material things). Those things that I don't have, made me who I am today! After reading Hollie's post, it made me think...POSITIVE! I need to thank/think positively!
